Pricing Changes

Loomridge Digital reserves the right to update pricing for services, subscriptions, hosting plans, Website Care plans, and other offerings as business needs, technology costs, third-party service costs, or service features change. Customers will receive reasonable advance notice before new pricing takes effect. Continued use of services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of updated pricing.

Refunds and Cancellation

Because website design, development, hosting setup, and related services involve customized work, reserved project time, planning, development, and potential third-party expenses, payments are not automatically refundable.

If a customer requests cancellation before the website has gone live and been made publicly available, Loomridge Digital may review the request and determine whether a full refund, partial refund, or no refund is appropriate based on work completed, project status, time invested, and expenses incurred.

Once a website has been approved and launched, refunds are generally not available for completed website design services. Refund determinations are made by Loomridge Digital based on the circumstances of each request, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Website Ownership and Managed Hosting

Once the website design project has been paid in full, the customer owns the completed website design and customer-provided content created specifically for their business. Loomridge Digital retains ownership of its hosting infrastructure, reusable code components, development tools, templates, processes, and other internal resources used to provide services.

Managed Hosting Renewal

Managed Hosting is a separate annual service required to continue hosting a website through Loomridge Digital. The current Managed Hosting fee is $249 per year and may change in the future with reasonable notice.

If Managed Hosting is not renewed, Loomridge Digital may suspend hosting services after providing appropriate notice. Loomridge Digital is not responsible for maintaining, updating, securing, or supporting a website after hosting services are cancelled.

The customer may request transfer assistance or move the website to another hosting provider, subject to completion of all outstanding obligations and applicable service terms.

If hosting services expire and the customer does not renew services or arrange an approved transfer within the applicable timeframe, Loomridge Digital reserves the right to remove the website files from its hosting environment.

Website Services Agreement

Terms governing website design and related project services.

Working draft: This document is a practical starting point for Loomridge Digital and should be reviewed by a qualified Florida attorney before accepting real customer payments.

Scope of Services

Loomridge Digital will design and develop the website described in the customer’s approved project summary or written sales confirmation. Work outside that scope, including substantial new pages, advanced integrations, e-commerce, booking systems, databases, custom applications, or major redesigns, may require a separate quote and customer approval.

Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for providing accurate business information, approvals, logos, photographs, text, credentials, and other materials reasonably needed to complete the project. Delays in providing materials or approvals may affect delivery timelines.

Fees and Payment

The standard small-business website design fee is $995 unless Sales approves a different amount for the project. Managed Hosting is billed separately at $249 per year beginning in Year 1. Domain registration and renewal are the customer’s responsibility and are paid separately. Website Care is optional at $69 per month unless otherwise agreed. Website Care includes reasonable minor updates and troubleshooting of the existing website. New pages, major redesigns, new functionality, e-commerce, booking systems, substantial new content, and paid third-party services are outside the Care plan and may be quoted separately. Customers without an active Website Care subscription may request changes, but requested website changes, updates, fixes, or modifications will be reviewed and quoted before work begins.

Revisions

Unless otherwise stated in writing, the standard website package includes up to two reasonable rounds of revisions. Additional rounds, substantial changes in direction, or new scope may be billed separately after customer approval.

Ownership

Upon payment in full, the customer receives ownership of the completed website content and project deliverables specifically created for that customer, except for third-party software, fonts, stock media, reusable code components, hosting infrastructure, templates, licensed assets, and Loomridge Digital tools that remain subject to their original ownership or licenses.

Customer Content & Rights

The customer represents that it has permission to use all logos, photos, text, trademarks, videos, and other materials supplied to Loomridge Digital. The customer is responsible for claims arising from materials it provides without proper rights or authorization.

Launch & Acceptance

The website will be considered accepted when the customer approves launch in writing or when the customer begins using the completed website publicly, subject to any unresolved written punch-list items agreed to by both parties.

Cancellation & Refunds

Because website work is customized, amounts paid for completed work, reserved project time, third-party costs, and work already performed may be non-refundable. Any refund or cancellation treatment should follow the customer’s written project terms and applicable law.

Limitation of Scope

Loomridge Digital does not provide legal, tax, accessibility-compliance, regulatory, or industry-specific compliance advice unless expressly agreed in writing. Customers should obtain qualified professional advice when their business requires it.

Standard Website Scope and Additional Services

The website purchase includes only the standard website features and deliverables described in the applicable Loomridge Digital package or written project scope. Requests that require functionality, services, third-party products, licenses, integrations, content creation, or development beyond the standard website scope may be charged separately.

Potential additional charges may include, without limitation, e-commerce, advanced booking or scheduling, membership or portal functionality, custom databases, APIs and third-party integrations, premium plugins or software, specialty or premium domains, extensive content creation or data entry, professional media, branding, advanced SEO or advertising, complex migrations, custom application development, and substantial additions or revisions outside the agreed scope. Loomridge Digital will provide notice and pricing before performing material separately billable work.
