Loomridge Digital reserves the right to update pricing for services, subscriptions, hosting plans, Website Care plans, and other offerings as business needs, technology costs, third-party service costs, or service features change. Customers will receive reasonable advance notice before new pricing takes effect. Continued use of services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of updated pricing.
Because website design, development, hosting setup, and related services involve customized work, reserved project time, planning, development, and potential third-party expenses, payments are not automatically refundable.
If a customer requests cancellation before the website has gone live and been made publicly available, Loomridge Digital may review the request and determine whether a full refund, partial refund, or no refund is appropriate based on work completed, project status, time invested, and expenses incurred.
Once a website has been approved and launched, refunds are generally not available for completed website design services. Refund determinations are made by Loomridge Digital based on the circumstances of each request, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
General terms for using Loomridge Digital services.
Customers may use Loomridge Digital services only for lawful business purposes and may not use the services to distribute malware, infringe third-party rights, conduct fraud, or engage in unlawful activity.
Published prices apply to standard projects and may change for larger, more complex, high-resource, e-commerce, database-driven, or custom-functionality projects. Final project pricing may be discussed with Sales before purchase.
Customers consent to receive project, billing, service, and account communications electronically at the email address they provide.
Loomridge Digital may update service features or technical providers when reasonably necessary to operate, secure, or improve the services, provided that material paid-for functionality is not intentionally removed without appropriate notice.
Project-specific written terms, the Website Services Agreement, Managed Hosting Terms, and accepted checkout disclosures form part of the customer’s agreement with Loomridge Digital.
Prices shown for Loomridge Digital website packages, hosting, and Website Care apply to the standard services described for those offerings. Non-standard features, premium third-party products, specialty domains, custom development, advanced integrations, or work outside the agreed project scope may be subject to additional charges. Any material additional charge will be disclosed to the customer before the separately billable work is performed.
