Loomridge Digital reserves the right to update pricing for services, subscriptions, hosting plans, Website Care plans, and other offerings as business needs, technology costs, third-party service costs, or service features change. Customers will receive reasonable advance notice before new pricing takes effect. Continued use of services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of updated pricing.
Because website design, development, hosting setup, and related services involve customized work, reserved project time, planning, development, and potential third-party expenses, payments are not automatically refundable.
If a customer requests cancellation before the website has gone live and been made publicly available, Loomridge Digital may review the request and determine whether a full refund, partial refund, or no refund is appropriate based on work completed, project status, time invested, and expenses incurred.
Once a website has been approved and launched, refunds are generally not available for completed website design services. Refund determinations are made by Loomridge Digital based on the circumstances of each request, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Once the website design project has been paid in full, the customer owns the completed website design and customer-provided content created specifically for their business. Loomridge Digital retains ownership of its hosting infrastructure, reusable code components, development tools, templates, processes, and other internal resources used to provide services.
Managed Hosting is a separate annual service required to continue hosting a website through Loomridge Digital. The current Managed Hosting fee is $249 per year and may change in the future with reasonable notice.
If Managed Hosting is not renewed, Loomridge Digital may suspend hosting services after providing appropriate notice. Loomridge Digital is not responsible for maintaining, updating, securing, or supporting a website after hosting services are cancelled.
The customer may request transfer assistance or move the website to another hosting provider, subject to completion of all outstanding obligations and applicable service terms.
If hosting services expire and the customer does not renew services or arrange an approved transfer within the applicable timeframe, Loomridge Digital reserves the right to remove the website files from its hosting environment.
Terms for Loomridge Digital’s annual managed hosting service.
Managed Hosting is billed at $249 per year for standard small-business websites, beginning in Year 1. Hosting renews annually until cancelled in accordance with the customer’s agreement.
Managed Hosting may include deployment, SSL/HTTPS configuration, domain connection, basic backups or deployment recovery, and hosting-related technical support for the hosted website.
Sites requiring unusual bandwidth, storage, databases, server-side processing, advanced security, e-commerce infrastructure, or other significant resources may require a different hosting plan and price. Sales will discuss any material change before billing.
Domain registration and renewal are separate from Managed Hosting. The customer is responsible for purchasing and maintaining its domain unless Loomridge Digital expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
If hosting fees remain unpaid after reasonable notice, Loomridge Digital may suspend hosting until the account is brought current. Reasonable efforts should be made to provide advance notice before suspension.
Customers may cancel future hosting renewal according to the cancellation process provided by Loomridge Digital. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund a period already purchased except where required by law or expressly agreed.
Managed Hosting includes hosting for one standard Loomridge Digital website, SSL/security certificate configuration, DNS configuration and management, hosting monitoring, and one standard domain registration or annual domain renewal while the Managed Hosting subscription remains active.
A “standard domain” means a normally priced domain name and extension that Loomridge Digital determines can reasonably be included within the Managed Hosting fee. Premium domains, aftermarket domains, brokered domains, specialty extensions, unusually high registration or renewal fees, domain acquisition fees, and similar non-standard domain expenses are not included and may require a separate quote and payment before purchase or renewal.
The website package and Managed Hosting service cover the standard features and services expressly described in the customer’s selected package. Features, integrations, development, content, functionality, third-party services, or technical work outside that standard scope may require an additional fee.
Examples may include, without limitation, e-commerce or advanced online stores, custom databases, customer or employee portals, membership systems, advanced booking or scheduling systems, custom APIs or third-party integrations, advanced forms or workflows, large product catalogs, extensive copywriting or content entry, professional photography or video, logo or branding services, paid plugins or software licenses, premium fonts or stock media, advanced SEO campaigns, advertising services, email hosting, complex migrations, custom application development, and substantial functionality or revisions beyond the agreed website scope.
Loomridge Digital will identify material out-of-scope work and provide the customer with pricing or a separate quote before performing separately billable work.
